Note for Rental rates

  • Prices are for 1- 5 persons occupancy.
  • The weekly prices include all local taxes and expenses of the apartment.

Booking Policy:

  • A non refundable deposit of 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
  • If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the apartment for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you may alternatively pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other 90% to be paid 3 months before arrival.

You can send the deposit by:

  • Cheques in GB Pounds payable to Mr. T J Costello at the address below.
  • Bank transfer (I can send you my bank Account details).

The balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival:


Special discount:

  • If the 70% or 90% balance amount is paid 3 months before arrival by bank transfer or cheque then you may have a 5% discount on that amount.
  • If you wish to pay the full amount by bank transfer or cheque from the time of reservation you may have a 5% discount of the full amount.

Towels:

Towels are provided but must not be used for beach use. Beach towels are NOT provided. One towel per person per week is provided - If any number of  towels are used over this amount there will be an additional laundry and administration charge of £5 per towel, (you may use the washing machine in the apartment without charge).

Sheets and Pillow Cases:

Sheets and Pillow cases are provided. One set of linen per bed per week is provided - If any linen is used over this amount there will be an additional laundry charge, (you may use the washing machine in the apartment without charge).

Noise Levels:

Kings Palace is a quite block of apartments and does not have a bar on site. As such it is important to respect the other residents, some of whom are living there permanently, by not playing loud music after 10pm. There are many local bars and clubs to enjoy just down the road a short walk away.

Respect of the Property:

The apartment is owned by myself privately and as such I do not have endless funds to replace broken items. The rental money goes to help pay my mortgage interest and the apartment bills. I would please ask you to please replace any breakages.


SAFETY NOTICE

Special attention must be paid to the following:-

Balcony  is protected by railings which may encourage small children to climb or squeeze through. Do not leave children unattended on the balcony where they can climb onto patio furniture.

Patio doors and windows may be difficult to see in bright sunlight even though they do have stickers on. It is strongly recommended that children not be to be allowed to run in and out of the glass doors as they might shut behind them, locking the person out.

Marble floors can be extremely slippery when feet are wet. All marble floors within the property should be kept dry at all times to avoid such accidents occurring.

Swimming Pools are always dangerous and children should never be left unattended no matter how proficient they are at swimming. Pool surrounds or marble floors may be very slippery and care should be taken at all times. Please ensure that you and your party familiarise yourselves with the pool layout to identify the shallow and deep ends.  Ensure that you read and observe any pool rules and restrictions.

Insurance - Public Liability Insurance is not included so please make sure you have adequate insurence covered before you travel.
